Abstract: Systems and methods are described for implementing a coordinator within a coordinated environment, which environment includes set of coordinated devices managed by the coordinator. The coordinator can be provisioned with a set of tasks, each task corresponding to a segment of code that can be executed by the coordinator, such as to manage the coordinated devices. To assist in local storage and retrieval of protected data in the coordinated environment, the coordinator can include a protected data manager for storing protected data and managing access to the stored protected data. The protected data manager can communicate with a key manager to encrypt and decrypt the protected data. The set of tasks executing in the coordinated environment can access the protected data using unique security tokens.

Abstract: A juice extraction device for extracting juice from food includes a hollow juice extraction screw capable of being rotated along an axis and having a food inlet through which food enters the juice extraction device; a mesh filter for separating the juice from the food, the mesh filter encompassing the juice extraction screw; and a housing encompassing the mesh filter. The provision of a hollow juice extraction screw can minimize the length of the device while maintaining juicing efficiency. This feature also allows the device to be placed vertically, such that various components, including the juice exit, may be located at the bottom position for improved efficiency and convenience.

Abstract: The current invention provides an automatic gear-shift drive mechanism including a first gear system having a first gear ratio, and a second gear system having a second gear ratio, wherein the first gear ratio is higher than the second gear ratio, and is biased to spin the drying assembly with the first gear system when the automatic gear-shift drive mechanism is driven and the workload is below a threshold workload, and switch to spin the drying assembly with the first and the second gear systems when the automatic gear-shift drive mechanism is driven and the workload is at or above the threshold workload.
