    Abstract: An out-of-service recovery search method includes establishing a frequency list including at least one searchable frequency, searching a suitable cell of a network according to the frequency list when the user terminal is in an out-of-service state, determining at least one first skip condition of the user terminal, performing a full-band power scan mechanism for scanning received signal strength indication (RSSIs) of user terminal supported frequency bands when the at least one first skip condition of the user terminal is absent and no suitable cell of the network is searched within the searchable frequency of the frequency list, skipping the full-band power scan mechanism when the at least one first skip condition of the user terminal is present and no suitable cell of the network is searched within the searchable frequency, and performing an RSSI sniffer for scanning a signal power of each frequency of the searchable frequency.

The traffic pattern adaptive modem (modulator-demodulator) gear control method includes: when a first criteria is met, on-line collecting a period of input data; executing traffic prediction; whether a second criteria is met to apply the traffic prediction is determined; when the second criteria is met, based on the traffic prediction, a modem gear is adaptively adjusted; and when the second criteria is not met, an algorithm is trained or a period is waited for continuing monitoring whether the second criteria is still met.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel structure in which each of two insertion strips has a fixing face and sliding face. The sliding face is slidably fitted with an insertion section of a casing. After a liquid crystal display face fixed with the insertion strips is placed into the casing, the sliding faces of the insertion strips coincide with the insertion sections. After the display face is slid toward one end of the casing, the sliding faces are inserted into clearances defined by the insertion sections. The insertion sections of the casing further include at feast one locating post. The insertion strip is formed with a locating hole corresponding to the locating post, whereby the display face can be more easily and quickly assembled to the casing.

The mounting frame is disposed around the socket connector, and extends through the mounting hole. The socket retaining unit is provided on the socket connector and the mounting frame, and retains the socket connector on the mounting frame. The frame retaining unit is provided on the mounting frame and the housing, and retains the mounting frame on the housing.
