    Abstract: An out-of-service recovery search method includes establishing a frequency list including at least one searchable frequency, searching a suitable cell of a network according to the frequency list when the user terminal is in an out-of-service state, determining at least one first skip condition of the user terminal, performing a full-band power scan mechanism for scanning received signal strength indication (RSSIs) of user terminal supported frequency bands when the at least one first skip condition of the user terminal is absent and no suitable cell of the network is searched within the searchable frequency of the frequency list, skipping the full-band power scan mechanism when the at least one first skip condition of the user terminal is present and no suitable cell of the network is searched within the searchable frequency, and performing an RSSI sniffer for scanning a signal power of each frequency of the searchable frequency.

The semiconductor layer is electrically isolated from the memory element, where the light shielding element is overlapped with at least a part of a perimeter of the storage transistor gate in a vertical projection on a plane along a stacking direction of the memory element and the light shielding element, and the stacking direction is normal to the plane.

    Abstract: A method of removing a step height on a gate structure includes providing a substrate. A gate structure is disposed on the substrate. A dielectric layer covers the gate structure and the substrate. Then, a composite material layer is formed to cover the dielectric layer. Later, part of the composite material layer is removed to form a step height disposed directly on the gate structure. Subsequently, a wet etching is performed to remove the step height. After the step height is removed, the dielectric layer is etched to form a first contact hole to expose the gate structure.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a device for counting the number of inhalation while medicine bottle is inserted into an inhalator, or measuring breathing capacity while medicine bottle is not inserted. The device includes a shell body, a roller, magnetic pieces, a sensor, a blue tooth integrated circuit (IC), a battery unit, and a circuit board. The roller is provided in the shell body, the magnetic pieces are attached onto the roller, and the circuit board is fixed on the shell body. The battery unit supplies electric power. When medicine agent is sprayed from the medicine bottle or the shell body is blown, the roller to rotate, the magnetic pieces synchronously rotate, and the sensor detects variation of a magnetic flux. The blue tooth IC calculates the number of inhalation when the medicine bottle is connected, or calculates breathing capacity of the user when the medicine bottle is not connected.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method capable of increasing performance of a memory, where a memory system applied to the method includes a memory and a controller, and a reserved space of the memory is used for storing a logic address/physical block mapping table. The method includes the controller reserving a plurality of physical blocks of the memory as a writing buffer pool; and the controller executing width writing operation or depth writing operation on a plurality of data and the writing buffer pool according to the logic address/physical block mapping table when the plurality of data are written to the memory. The logic address/physical block mapping table includes corresponding relationships between the plurality of physical blocks and a plurality of logic addresses.
