    Abstract: A method for forming a FinFET device structure is provided. The method includes forming a first fin structure and a second fin structure over a substrate and forming a liner layer over the first fin structure and the second fin structure. The method also includes forming an isolation layer over the liner layer and removing a portion of the liner layer and a portion of the isolation layer, such that the liner layer includes a first liner layer on an outer sidewall surface of the first fin structure and a second liner layer on an inner sidewall surface of the first fin structure, and a top surface of the second liner layer is higher than a top surface of the first liner layer.

    Abstract: In an online group-buying method, a server sends a group-buying invitation message, which includes shop information associated with a seller terminal, to an invitee terminal in an invitee list in response to a group-buying invitation request message from an inviter terminal. Upon receipt of a join message and a purchase order, which is associated with one or more products provided by the seller terminal, from the invitee terminal, the server sends the join message and the purchase order to the inviter terminal. Then, the inviter terminal sends an integrated purchase order, which is generated according to at least the purchase order, to the seller terminal.

    Abstract: A business mobile communication system includes a transaction platform, a plurality of client-end users, at least one digital content sever, a communication network, the Internet, and a plurality of mobile communication devices. Each client-end user can operate the corresponding mobile communication device in a dialing number method mode and thereby connect the mobile communication device to the transaction platform through the communication network. Once authorized by the transaction platform, the client-end user can further connect the mobile communication device to any of the at least one digital content server via the Internet by way of the corresponding content index in the transaction platform, so as to access a specific digital content. The specific digital content is transmitted to the client-end user's mobile communication device via a point-to-point transfer protocol.
