Abstract: A portable medical spray includes a tubular body having a room defined therein, and a breakable portion is formed to the top end of the body. A connection portion extends from the bottom end of the body. A nozzle is connected to the top end of the body. The nozzle has a passage which is located corresponding to the breakable portion. A medicine cell is located in the room of the body and has medicine received therein. The medicine cell is a compressible bellow cell. A needle is located in the medicine cell. An end part is mounted to the connection portion. The end part is pushed toward the nozzle to compress the medicine cell, and the needle penetrates through the top end of the medicine cell and the breakable portion to release the medicine via the nozzle.

A compressible portion is connected to the top part, and a press unit is formed to the top the compressible portion. A needle is fixed to the top part and located within the compressible portion. The tip of the needle is located corresponding to a film of the press unit. The bottom part has a first lip and a second lip formed to the inner periphery thereof. The top part has a first groove and a second groove in the outer periphery thereof. Multiple collars are telescopically connected to each other, and are connected between the top part and the bottom part. The main part is located in the multiple collars. Each collar has two engaging portions which form two engaging grooves to be engaged with each other when collapsing the collars.

When a user pushes the end part to move the canister toward the needle, the needle penetrates through the breakable portion of the canister to release the medicine via the needle.

Abstract: A cast removing tool includes a handle having a battery received therein, and a switch is connected to the handle and electrically connected to the battery. A link is connected to the handle and a motor is connected to the link. The motor has an output shaft which protrudes beyond the link and is connected to a cutting tool. The cutting tool is activated by the motor. A protection member is a curved member and connected to the handle. The protection member extends to be located beneath the cutting tool. The protection member is inserted between the cast and the patient's limb so as to avoid the cutting tool to hurt the patient.

Abstract: A vaginal cleansing device is composed of an outer film, an inner support cylinder and a plug. The outer film has conical tapered rings formed on an outer wall of the outer film and tapered upward. The inner support cylinder has microvias formed on a wall of the inner support cylinder and corresponsive to the conical tapered rings of the outer film respectively; the inner support cylinder is plugged into the outer film, so that the microvias of the inner support cylinder are corresponsive to the conical tapered rings of the same height; and the microvias are attached onto the interior of the conical tapered rings. The plug is plugged into the opening of the inner support cylinder tightly and has a gas passing tube passing through the center of the opening of the inner support cylinder and a connector connected to the bottom end of the gas passing tube.

A needle is connected to the positioning board and communicates with the recess. The tip of the needle is located within the compressible portion and beneath the penetrating face. By axially compressing the compressible portion and the barrel, the needle penetrates through the penetrating face and extends beyond the hole to eject medicine to the patient.

Abstract: A novel comb is disclosed comprising a comb back, a comb-teeth module detachably mounted on the comb back, and a case member connected to one end of the comb back for serving as a handle. The comb-teeth module comprises at least one continuous wire wound helically into a plurality of coil-shaped comb tooth elements with each coil-shaped comb tooth element having an upper portion serving as supporting means to be fitted on the comb back and a narrowed and elongated lower portion for combing, wherein the narrowed and elongated lower portion of the comb-teeth module is capped with a removable cap member to normally assume a retracted condition having comb teeth compacted, and adapted to resume an extended condition having comb teeth spaced apart for use after the cap member being removed.
