Abstract: A ring binder/paper punch combination having a ting member housing, mounted on a spline of a binder cover, in which spring plates biasing the ring member are housed, a paper sheets insertion frame being disposed between the ring member housing and the spline of the binder cover has upper and lower punching holes aligned with the positions of the ring members and a gap opened toward the front side of the insertion frame, a cover mounted on the ring member housing has openings on the top at both ends. Punching rods are extended from a punching rod block housed in the cover and are inserted into punching rod guide tubes mounted to align with the punching holes in the insertion frame.
