  • Patent number: 11946569
Abstract: An actuating and sensing module is disclosed and includes a bottom plate, a gas pressure sensor, a thin gas transportation device and a cover plate. The bottom plate includes a pressure relief orifice, a discharging orifice and a communication orifice. The gas pressure sensor is disposed on the bottom plate and seals the communication orifice. The thin gas transportation device is disposed on the bottom plate and seals the pressure relief orifice and the discharging orifice. The cover plate is disposed on the bottom plate and covers the gas pressure sensor and the thin gas-transportation device. The cover plate includes an intake orifice. The thin gas transportation device is driven to inhale gas through the intake orifice, the gas is then discharged through the discharging orifice by the thin gas transportation device, and a pressure change of the gas is sensed by the gas pressure sensor.

  • Patent number: 11935957
Abstract: Semiconductor device structures having gate structures with tunable threshold voltages are provided. Various geometries of device structure can be varied to tune the threshold voltages. In some examples, distances from tops of fins to tops of gate structures can be varied to tune threshold voltages. In some examples, distances from outermost sidewalls of gate structures to respective nearest sidewalls of nearest fins to the respective outermost sidewalls (which respective gate structure overlies the nearest fin) can be varied to tune threshold voltages.

  • Publication number: 20230251722
Abstract: The present invention relates to a gesture sensing system that uses characteristic point as a positioning starting point to generate coordinate information in space for a test object. The gesture sensing system includes: a light emitter, a light sensor, and a signal processing module. The light emitter emits a plurality of emitted lights to the characteristic point and the test object, and the emitted light is reflected to generate a plurality of reflection light to be received and converted by the light sensor receives into a plurality of sensing signal. Then, the signal processing module generates initial coordinate information and movement coordinate information based on the sensing signals. Finally, the signal processing module generates a gesture according to the initial coordinate information and the change between the movement coordinate information, and executes a preset function according to the movement trajectory of the gesture.

  • Patent number: 9207918
Abstract: A firmware extension method is provided, particularly adaptable for an embedded system. Firstly, a baseline firmware image is provided with a header file. Secondly, an extension firmware image is generated based on the header file, comprising one or more extended functions. Thereafter, a callback table is generated, comprising pointers pointing to entries of the extended functions in the extension firmware image. Further, memory allocation parameters are provided. The memory allocation parameters comprise a base address where the extension firmware image starts. The baseline firmware image, the extension firmware image and the callback table are then merged to generate a merged firmware image based on the memory allocation parameters.

  • Patent number: 6735078
Abstract: A high efficiency heat dissipated power supply comprises a base and a cover. The base receives power from a plug at a rear side thereof. The voltage of power is reduced, and is rectified by an electronic circuit for being used by a computer mainframe. A bank of fans are installed at a rear side of the base so that the fan absorbs air between the cover and base; and then guide the air to blow out the air. An interior of the cover has at least one cover fan. The cover fans are actuated by a power source. Then the air is exhausted by an exhausting fan at a rear side of the base. Thereby, air flows along three paths so that convection air is formed at the interior and exterior of the power supply; as a result heat dissipating efficiency is increased so that capacity and output power are increased.
