  • Patent number: 7541760
Abstract: A method capable of controlling brushless DC motor detects the magnetic pole positions of the rotor with a Hall component to produce a Hall signal correspondingly, generates a PWM signal based on an external control signal with a PWM generator, controls a switch circuit based on the PWM signal and the Hall signal with a driver such that switched output is capable of being sent to the current phase of the stator coils for rotating the rotor. Further, while the Hall signal is detected to be level-switched, the external control signal level increases or decreases corresponding to change of the level of the Hall signal with respect to the duty cycle of the PWM signal being controlled to increase to the preset duty cycle from 0 or to decrease to 0 from the preset duty cycle for eliminating both sharp wave in the current during switching and noise.

  • Publication number: 20060017702
Abstract: A touch control type character input method is to utilize a control module for identifying moving loci created by an object moving on a hand writing board so as to be used during subsequent input. A plurality of vectors, which move in different directions, are combined and a parameter data collection is defined in the control module. When the object contacts the hand writing board, the position of the hand writing board being first touched is detected and assigned as the initial position. Then, a moving locus generated on the hand writing board is determined if it is effective and the moving locus is disassembled as at least a moving vector in case of being effective and is removed in case of being ineffective. The obtained moving vectors are combined and analyzed and compared with the parameter data collection defined in the control module.

Abstract: An input method defined with an initial position and moving directions has a control module identifying different gestures on a touch control device and generating different control signals corresponding to the gestures for a main unit being used with successive control functions. A position of first contacting the touch control device is assigned as the initial position and parameter data collection is defined in the control module by the initial position and the gestures in different moving directions for being compared. The gestures generated are detected if the definition of the initial position in company with moving directions is coincided. The gestures in accordance with the definition are compared to the parameter data collection and result of comparison is output to the main unit.
