Abstract: A structural data transmission method for an interactive voice response comprises the following steps: converting structural data provided by an interactive voice response server to an input program executed by a communication device; downloading the input program to the communication device; encoding the input data provided by the input program into a transmission instruction and transmitting the encoded instruction to an interactive voice response server; and decoding the encoded instruction received by the interactive voice response server.

Abstract: An automatic dialing-up system for communication apparatus is provided. The automatic dialing-up system uses a server and a communication apparatus to fulfill the services. The server at first obtains the job content of an interactive voice response system, then converts the job content into a corresponding form and finally generates a program suitable for the communication apparatus according to the form. The communication apparatus obtains and runs the program, so that the program is able to generate the corresponded dialing-up instruction code according to the keys entered by a user and the settings of the program itself and to automatically dial-up a dialing-up content including the dialing-up instruction codes and the user input data. Wherein, the form provides the dialing-up instruction code composed by at least an option in the job content and is stored in hierarchy mode expressed the relationships between all the options in the job content.

Abstract: The invention provides an electronic coupon transaction method and system. The electronic coupon transaction system comprises an interactive service server located in a shop, an electronic coupon delivery server, and a wireless communication device used by a buyer. The shop is provided with an ID and allowed to edit and send an electronic coupon to the electronic coupon delivery server. Thus, the buyer can use the wireless mobile device to download the electronic coupon. When purchasing at the shop, the buyer can browse electronic coupons based on the ID of the shop and select one or more of them to transact with the shop. As an electronic coupon requested by the buyer is run out, the electronic coupon delivery server reserves the requested electronic coupon, and sends a short message to the buyer when the requested electronic coupon is available.
