The insulating housing defines an inserting hole extended from the front to the rear for receiving the audio plug connector and a recess communicating with the inserting hole at a rear end thereof. A terminal received in the recess has a base plate. Two opposite sides of the base plate extend downwards to form two fixing wings. Two facing contacting arms extend frontward from two front edges of the two fixing wings. Free ends of the contacting arms arch towards each other to form two smooth V-shaped contacting portions protruded into the inserting hole. Each of the contacting portions has two spaced smooth ribs protruded from an inner surface thereof and spreading towards two ends of the contacting portion from a peak of the contacting portion to form a smooth V-shape.

Abstract: A connector has an insulating housing defining a plurality of terminal receiving cavities each extending vertically to pass therethrough, a plurality of conductive terminals received in the terminal receiving cavities and a shell mounted to the insulating housing. A rear surface of the insulating housing is protruded outward to from a projection defining an inserting groove passing therethrough. The shell has a base board, a holding board facing the base board and a pair of sideboards connecting the base board and the holding board. Top edges of the base board and the holding board are extended towards each other to form eave portions. An inserting portion is extended from a portion of the base board. The shell encircles the insulating housing with the eave portions covering tops of two opposed sides of the insulating housing and the inserting portion being inserted into the inserting groove and further connected to ground.

The compound diffusion plate structure is placed on one side of the light emitting unit, comprising: a body unit and a printing micro diffusion unit. The body unit has a main layer, and a plurality of micro diffusion particles formed inside the body unit, allowing light to diffuse within the body unit. The printing micro diffusion unit has a plurality of convex lens units formed on a light entrance plane or a light exit plane of the body unit by means of printing.

First step is providing a plastic article with an upper surface and a bottom surface, a photo-curing compose resin, an ink layer, and a plastic material. Second, coating the photo-curing compose resin on the upper surface of the plastic article. Third, pressing and curing the photo-curing compose resin to form a plurality of patterns. Fourth step is shaping the plastic article with the patterns. Fifth step is coating the ink layer on the bottom surface of the plastic article. At the sixth step is injecting the plastic material to attach the plastic material with the ink layer.

Abstract: An audio connector has a base. The base has a socket passing through a front end thereof. A rear end of the base has a rectangular ring holding trough communicating with the socket, surrounding a rectangular center block, each side of which has a notch passing through the rear end and communicating with the socket. A holding contact has a rectangular fixing frame which includes a base plate, two opposite side plates, a free plate extended from one of the side plates and spaced apart from the other side plate, fixed in the holding trough. A soldering slice is extended from a free end of the other side plate. The lampshade is transparent and is mounted on the seat, covers the circuit board and has an inner surface and a lens. The inner surface is opposite to the mounting surface of the seat. The lens is formed on the inner surface and faces the LEDs to guide the light of the LEDs. The electrical terminals are respectively mounted on the ends of the seat. Because the fluorescent tube does not have any reflection board, the manufacturing time and cost of the fluorescent tube decrease.
