    Abstract: A backlight module includes a light source, a first prism sheet disposed on the light source, and a light type adjustment sheet disposed on a side of the first prism sheet away from the light source and including a base and multiple light type adjustment structures. The multiple light type adjustment structures are disposed on the first surface of the base. Each light type adjustment structure has a first structure surface and a second structure surface connected to each other. The first structure surface of each light type adjustment structure and the first surface of the base form a first base angle therebetween, and the second structure surface of each light type adjustment structure and the first surface of the base form a second base angle therebetween. The angle of the first base angle is different from the angle of the second base angle.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system, a method and a computer-readable medium for rendering a streaming on a user terminal. The method includes rendering the streaming in a first mode, receiving an environment parameter of the user terminal, receiving a timing when the user terminal closes the streaming, determining a threshold value of the environment parameter based on the timing the user terminal closes the streaming, receiving an updated environment parameter of the user terminal, and rendering the streaming in a second mode if the updated environment parameter meets the threshold value. The second mode includes fewer data objects than the first mode or includes a downgraded version of a data object in the first mode for the rendering. The present disclosure can customize the rendering mode for each user and maximize the satisfaction of viewing streaming for each user.

    Abstract: An pure H2O stripping process for etched metal wafers effectively solves the metal corrosion deficiencies induced by O2, N2 plasma charging. The pure H2O plasma stripping releases and neutralizes the storage of positive charge accumulated in the wafer, reduces chlorine concentration, and effectively strips the photoresist and etching residue. Thereby reducing metal corrosion and increases the anti-metal corrosion window. The pure H2O plasma stripping requires no additional equipment and or steps.

    Abstract: A mirror process uses a tungsten passivation layer to prevent metal-spiking induced mirror bridging and improve mirror curvature. A mirror structure is patterned on a first sacrificial layer overlying a substrate. A tungsten passivation layer is then blanket deposited to cover the top and sidewalls of the mirror structure. A second sacrificial layer is formed overlying the tungsten passivation layer. A releasing process with an etchant including XeF2 is performed to remove the second sacrificial layer, the tungsten passivation layer and the first sacrificial layer simultaneously.
