    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a TFT array substrate includes providing a substrate; defining a plurality of normal alignment regions and a plurality of abnormal alignment regions on the substrate; forming an insulating layer and a transparent conductive layer on the substrate; performing a patterning process to at least one of the insulating layer and the transparent conductive layer to form a plurality of alignment structures in each abnormal alignment region; forming an alignment material layer on the substrate, the alignment material layer having a plurality of first alignment slits formed along the alignment structures in each of the abnormal alignment regions; and performing a rubbing alignment process to form a plurality of second alignment slits on the alignment material layer in each of the normal alignment regions along a alignment direction.

    Abstract: A method of scanning a touch panel is provided. The present method includes following steps. First, a scan area is defined according to the coordinates of a detected touch signal. Next, the scan area is scanned during a predetermined period to detect a next touch panel. After the predetermined period, a sensing range of the touch panel is scanned to re-define the scan area. Because the scan area is smaller than the sensing range of the touch panel, the time and power consumed by the scanning operation can be both reduced by detecting the touch signals within the scan area.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional display apparatus, including a backlight module, two panels, and a synchronization device, is provided. The backlight module has a light emitting side and sequentially emits a plurality of color light. Both panels are disposed at the light emitting side, and the first panel is disposed between the backlight module and the second panel. The first panel includes a first polarizer and a first liquid crystal substrate, and the first polarizer is disposed between the backlight module and the first liquid crystal substrate. The second panel includes a second liquid crystal substrate and a second polarizer, and the second liquid crystal substrate is disposed between the second polarizer and the first panel. The synchronization device is electrically connected to the backlight module and the two liquid crystal substrates. During a frame time, the backlight module and the two liquid crystal substrates are synchronously driven by the synchronization device.
