    Abstract: The present invention provides an auricular point stimulus device, which includes a plate body. The plate body includes a plurality of bead protrusions formed thereon. The plate body has a surface on which a projecting plug or an ear clip is formed. The plate body and the plug are made of an elastically deformable material. The auricular point stimulus device is positionable in an external acoustic meatus or at an opening of the external acoustic meatus with the bead protrusions of the plate body contacting the portions of an auricle that corresponding to heart and lung acupuncture points to simulate the acupuncture points thereby activating, in a long term, the blood circulation of the heart and the lungs and improving the cardiorespiratory fitness of the user.
