Abstract: An oral capsule formulation of a PARP inhibitor and a preparation method. The oral capsule formulation comprises a solid dispersion powder of an active ingredient 5-fluoro-1-(4-fluoro-3-(4-(pyrimidin-2-yl)piperazine-1-carbonyl)benzyl)quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione, a filler, a disintegrant, a glidant, and a lubricant, wherein less than 10 wt. % of the active ingredient in the solid dispersion powder is in a crystalline form. The defects of the fluidity, hygroscopicity and cohesiveness of the solid dispersion powder which result in the difficulty of production scale up of capsule formulation are addressed, and thus commercial scale production can be achieved, and the prepared capsule exhibits proper dissolution rate, excellent storage stability, meanwhile with a reasonable production cost.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, a method includes: obtaining motion reference information; continuously obtaining image data and performing, based on the image data, target user detection until a target user is determined in a first image frame; determining a first human pose of the target user based on the first image frame; and predicting a second human pose of the target user based on the first human pose and the motion reference information.

Abstract: A method for preventing hand gesture misrecognition is provided. In the method for preventing hand gesture misrecognition, whether a user is exercising is recognized by obtaining motion data of the user in real time, to choose whether to disable a hand gesture recognition function. If the object user is exercising, the electronic device does not perform hand gesture recognition; or if the object user is not exercising, the electronic device performs hand gesture recognition. In addition, in the method, a trigger threshold for hand gesture recognition may further be adaptively adjusted based on a deflection angle between a human body plane of the user and a plane on which the electronic device is located.

The method further includes obtaining an address of data to be read for the first retrieval task after receiving the second retrieval task request, and determining a second retrieval start address of a second retrieval task in the target data area based on the address of the data to be read. The method further includes reading data for the second retrieval task starting from the second retrieval start address.
