Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for synthesizing quinolones intermediates by a continuous flow reaction. Specifically, according to the method, a microchannel reactor is used, which improves the selectivity and conversion rate of the reaction, and the conversion rate of compound ii is increased to more than 95% and the yield is increased to more than 85%; avoids the use of a solvent such as methanol, and methyl tert-butyl ether, etc., in the intermittent reaction process, which simplifies the post-processing method, shortens the overall operation time from about 24 hours to a few minutes, greatly improving the production efficiency, and realizing the continuity and automation of the whole process; and thus makes the product have high purity and high yield, which is suitable for industrial production.

Abstract: Provided are a recombinant N protein of SARS-CoV-2 and methods for preparing the same and for purifying the same. The recombinant N protein of SARS-CoV-2 has an N protein sequence, wherein each of both ends of the N protein sequence are linked to an oligolysine fragment. An expression method for the recombinant N protein includes: a. providing a sample including the recombinant N protein; and b. performing cation exchange chromatography resin purification treatment at least once, and collecting breakthrough substance. The method may effectively improve the expression purity of the recombinant N protein.

Abstract: A recombinant deamidated gliadin polypeptide antigen, a recombinant antigen-expressing gene, a recombinant expression vector, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The recombinant deamidated gliadin polypeptide antigen comprises a DGP-1 peptide, an interleukin 15 protein, and a DGP-2 peptide. The amino acid sequence of the DGP-1 peptide is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1, and the amino acid sequence of the DGP-2 peptide is as shown in SEQ ID NO 2. The recombinant deamidated gliadin polypeptide antigen has good sensitivity, high specificity, and low preparation costs in the detection of celiac disease, allows determination of IgG-DGP antibodies in serum, and especially enables diagnosis for potential patients with celiac disease among patients with IgA deficiency and infant population.
