Abstract: An image processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium are provided, the method comprising: obtaining luminance value of respective pixel points in image layer to be processed; determining pixel point in image layer to be processed whose luminance value satisfies first preset threshold relationship or second preset threshold relationship with luminance value of anchor point in area to be adjusted as target pixel point; when first preset threshold relationship is satisfied, performing target effect adjustment on target pixel point according to input parameter of first target effect item to generate adjusted image; when second preset threshold relationship is satisfied, performing adjustment on target effect parameter of target pixel point according to input parameter of second target effect item and preset mapping table to generate adjusted image; and determining result image according to adjusted image and image to be processed.
