  • Publication number: 20230296601
Abstract: The present application provides a novel coronavirus antibody detection kit based on magnetic particle chemiluminescence. The detection kit includes: streptavidin magnetic particles, biotin-labeled novel coronavirus antigens, an acridine sulfonamide-labeled secondary antibody, a sample diluent and a quality control material; wherein the biotin-labeled novel coronavirus antigens include a recombinant nucleocapsid protein and a recombinant spike protein S1. The sample to be tested, the biotin-labeled antigens and the streptavidin magnetic particles are mixed, incubated and washed, and then the acridine sulfonamide-labeled antibody is added to form a magnetic particle-streptavidin-biotin-antigen-novel coronavirus antibody-secondary antibody complex, and then the luminous intensity is detected to qualitatively determine the sample to be tested.

  • Patent number: 10428139
Abstract: The present invention provides a hybridoma cell under the accession number CGMCC No. 13827. The hybridoma cell is capable of producing a monoclonal antibody against Aspergillus galactomannan antigen and a kit is prepared using the same. The kit provided by the present invention can specifically bind to the GM antigen, has both sensitivity and specificity of more than 95%, a detection limit of 0.85 ng/mL compared to 1 ng/mL of the existing product, and high compliance rate between the detection result and the reference reagent, and can provide more accurate and reliable detection results, so that IA can be detected early in the course of the disease and the patients can receive treatment in timely and effective manner, thereby improving the survival rate of patients. Moreover, the kit has simple and convenient operation, rapid and sensitive detection, which provides an effective tool for the quantitative detection of Aspergillus GM antigen.

  • Publication number: 20110253066
Abstract: A method for a flame boiler with multi-stage combustion with multi-ejection, includes the steps of ejecting inner and outer secondary air flows with speed of 35-65 m/s to guide a fuel-rich pulverized coal flow with speed of 10-20 m/s into a lower chamber to provide first and second combustion stages, ejecting lower secondary air flows with speed of 35-65 m/s into the lower chamber to further guide the pulverized coal so as to provide a third combustion stage. The system includes a lower chamber, an upper chamber, a combustion chamber, fuel-rich pulverized coal flow nozzles, fuel-lean pulverized coal flow nozzles respectively provided at the front and rear boiler arches, and lower secondary air nozzles provided at the front and rear water cooled walls. The combustion of the pulverized coal flow with W-shaped flowing path within the boiler is adapted to reduce NOx emission and minimize the content of combustible substance in ash.
