    Abstract: A gray control rod having a neutron absorber comprising terbium and dysprosium is provided. The neutron absorber comprises at least one first component and at least one second component, the reactivity worth of the first component increases as the service time of the neutron absorber increases, the reactivity worth of the second component decreases as the service time of the neutron absorber increases; the reactivity worth of the neutron absorber varying no more than 15% within the service time of the neutron absorber. By using the first component and the second component to form the neutron absorber, and adjusting the proportion of the respective components in the neutron absorber, the neutron absorber having a substantially planar reactivity worth loss characteristic can be obtained. The gray control rod and the assembly having required reactivity controlling ability can be obtained by increasing or decreasing the material dosage of the neutron absorber.

    Abstract: A bridge circuit for an inverter or a rectifier, includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, and a fourth switch that are mutually connected in series and that are electrically connected between a positive direct current voltage source and a negative direct current voltage source. The first switch and the second switch include at least one combined field effect transistor; and the third switch and the fourth switch include at least one combined field effect transistor. The combined field effect transistor is a high withstand voltage field effect transistor and a low withstand voltage field effect transistor whose sources or drains are electrically connected to each other. Parasitic diodes in the combined field effect transistor are reversely connected in series. Therefore, a path of a freewheeling current in the parasitic diodes is blocked, and a switching loss and a spike voltage are reduced.

The multi-level circuit includes two groups of bus capacitors (C1 and C2) that are connected in series; a plurality of switching transistor branches that are connected in parallel to the capacitors, where each switching transistor branch includes a first half bridge (Q1 and Q2) and a second half bridge (Q3 and Q4), and a common terminal of the two half bridges is grounded (N); and two negative coupled inductors (L1 and L2), where each input terminal of each negative coupled inductor is connected to a common terminal (A1 and A2) of two switching transistors in the first half bridge in only one of the switching transistor branches. In this circuit, a quantity of groups of bus capacitors is decreased and circuit design complexity is reduced. Further, a dropout voltage of the switching transistors is reduced.

In suspension-bed hydrogenation, material temperature is more uniform, reaction efficiency is improved, materials coking is reduced, thermal insulation liner issues are prevented, and the temperature of the outer wall of the reactor body is lower than the temperature of the medium.

    Abstract: A suspended-bed hydrogenation catalyst and a regeneration method are disclosed. A composite support comprises a semi-coke pore-expanding material, a molecular sieve and a spent catalytic cracking catalyst. The hydrogenation catalyst for heavy oil is obtained through mixing the semi-coke pore-expanding material, the molecular sieve and the spent catalytic cracking catalyst, followed by molding, calcining and activating, and then loading an active metal oxide to the composite support. According to the composite support, a macropore, mesopore and micropore uniformly-distributed structure is formed, so that full contact between all ingredients in the heavy oil and active ingredients in a hydrogenation process is facilitated, and the conversion ratio of the heavy oil is increased. The hydrogenation catalyst integrates adsorption, cracking and hydrogenation properties. According to a regeneration method, the loading performance of an active-metal-loaded support in a spent hydrogenation catalyst cannot be destroyed.
