Abstract: The present invention relates to a cable puller and an exercise device thereof, wherein that cable puller is used for being mounted onto a frame to be connected with a steel cable and comprises a pulley block, an attachment sleeve, a positioning disc, an arm seat, an arm and a pulley seat; the cable puller has a plurality of degree-of-freedom and is used for executing a plurality of exercise programs on a single machine to enhance the strength of the core body, and users can exercise at any angle according to their own needs.
