    Abstract: A laminating device adapted for laminating a curved cover plate and a flexible screen. The laminating device includes at least one elastic support assembly and a flexible supporting board for supporting the flexible screen. The flexible supporting board includes a top wall having a central spine portion and loading portions; The elastic support assembly is deformable so that the flexible supporting board can be deformed from a first state to a second state under a pressing effect of the curved cover plate; in the first state, the flexible supporting board is in a shape of a ridge and one of the loading portions is obliquely connected between the central spine portion and one of the side walls, so that in the process of the flexible supporting board being deformed from the first state to the second state, the inclination of the loading portion gradually decreases.
