Abstract: This application discloses an access control method and an apparatus. The method includes: An SMF receives a session establishment request sent by a terminal. The SMF determines, based on the request, to send an authentication request to a campus server. The SMF receives an authentication failure response message sent by the campus server. When the SMF determines to accept the session establishment request, the SMF sends a policy association establishment request to a PCF and receives a policy association establishment response sent by the PCF. The SMF enforces a policy for a session of the terminal according to a policy rule in the policy association establishment response. The SMF sends a session establishment response message to the terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a network access method and a communication apparatus, so that a terminal device can access a proper core network. According to the method provided in embodiments of this application, an access gateway connected to an access management network element in a public core network and an access management network element in a dedicated core network is introduced, so that when determining the proper core network that provides a service for the terminal device, the access gateway can route a registration request of the terminal device to an access management network element included in the core network that provides the service for the terminal device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provides a smart outdoor switchgear for control and protection of connection and disconnection of a medium-voltage microgrid, which includes: a current transformer, an isolating switch mechanism, an outdoor circuit breaker, an electric isolating driving mechanism and an outdoor jet type fuse. The current transformer is installed on an outlet end of the outdoor circuit breaker. The isolating switch mechanism is connected to the current transformer, and the isolating switch mechanism is connected to the outlet end of the outdoor circuit breaker through the current transformer. A top of the isolating switch mechanism on a side away from the current transformer is connected to a top of the outdoor jet type fuse, and a bottom of the isolating switch mechanism on the side away from the current transformer is connected to a bottom of the outdoor jet type fuse. The electric isolating driving mechanism is installed on the bottom of the isolating switch mechanism.

Abstract: When a UE is suitable for accessing a second core network, an access and mobility management function (AMF) in a first core network indicates to a radio access network (RAN) to perform rerouting and includes indication information in a rerouting request message. The indication information is used to determine the second core network, so that the UE can access the second core network via a target AMF in the second core network.

This system includes a wastewater collection unit; a pretreatment unit; a deep purification unit; a solid decay unit; a buffer unit; an online monitoring unit; and a control unit, wherein the online monitoring unit includes a radioactivity level detection module for detecting total ? and total ? radioactivity concentrations of inlet and outlet water of a medium in each unit, and a real-time monitoring module for treatment process parameters. The present disclosure discloses an integrated rapid treatment system for nuclear medical radioactive wastewater and an application method thereof, which can efficiently and quickly purify multi-nuclide organic low-level wastewater produced by a nuclear medical process, and realize rapid online monitoring and automatic control at the same time.

Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for monitoring a current of the ground wire of an armouring shielding cable in a strong electromagnetic environment. In the method, a summation of currents of the ground wires in the armouring layer and a summation of currents of the ground wires in the shielding layer of M cables in a terminal box are collected, and a primary ground copper busbar potential and a secondary ground copper busbar potential of the terminal box and a ground current of an adjacent terminal box are collected; a potential difference alarm can be achieved; and according to whether a potential difference is alarmed, terminal box cable loop loop-current alarms are performed respectively using different criteria.

The uplink classifier user plane function network element is configured to offload a service flow of a terminal device. The apparatus is also caused to, in response to determining the terminal device moved to a visited location, send an address of the uplink classifier user plane function network element to an intermediate user plane function network element at the visited location to establish a tunnel between the intermediate user plane function network element and the uplink classifier user plane function network element.

Abstract: A quality of service (QoS) resource allocation method and apparatus, where the method includes receiving service information from a terminal, sending a QoS resource request message that carries the service information to a policy and charging rules function (PCRF) corresponding to the terminal, where the QoS resource request message requesting the PCRF to allocate a QoS resource to a terminal service, and receiving a request response message from the PCRF indicating whether the QoS resource is successfully allocated to the terminal service. The terminal can recognize the service information of the terminal service, and a specific implementation of sending, to the PCRF, the service information of the terminal service recognized by the terminal is put forward such that accuracy of a policy formulated by the PCRF is improved.
