  • Publication number: 20230412501
Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a data processing method and apparatus, and a chip, to improve resource utilization. In one embodiment, a first field is added to a packet header at a protocol layer. The first field indicates which layer is an upper layer (or an inner layer) of the protocol layer. When data encapsulation or decapsulation is performed based on the first field, an unnecessary protocol layer can be skipped based on a requirement. In another embodiment, a second field is added to a packet header at an encapsulated protocol layer. The second field indicates a packet header format used at the current protocol layer. Different packet header formats include different quantities of fields, different packet header formats include different quantities of bits occupied by same fields, or different packet header formats include different quantities of fields and different quantities of bits occupied by one or more fields.

  • Publication number: 20230396549
Abstract: This application provides a load sharing method and apparatus, and a chip, which are applicable to a scenario of a complex combination and hybrid procedure. When sending a data packet, a transmit end adds different values to a first field of the data packet for different flow types of data flows, to indicate a forwarding device to use different load sharing rules. When hybrid traffic exists in complex networking, different load sharing rules are used for traffic of different flow types. Compared with configuring the forwarding device to use a fixed load sharing rule for all traffic, a better load sharing effect can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 11412078
Abstract: A data transmission method includes encapsulating, by a first device, first target data into N remote direct memory access (RDMA) packets according to an RDMA protocol, sequentially sending, by the first device, the N RDMA packets to the second device according to a packet sequence number (PSN) sequence of the N RDMA packets, where each of the N RDMA packets carries a first data write address, and the first data write address is an address for writing data in each of the N RDMA packets into the second device such that the second device directly obtains the first data write address in each RDMA packet from the RDMA packet, and writes the target data into storage space corresponding to the first data write address.

  • Publication number: 20060042957
Abstract: Methods are disclosed for the electrodeionization and removal of at least some of at least one type of ion from an ion-containing particulate material comprising passing a direct current for a sufficient time between (a) an anode and (b) a cathode, wherein the anode and the cathode are both in electrical contact with an aqueous slurry of the particulate material, wherein the anode is in electrical contact with an anion exchange membrane and wherein the cathode is in electrical contact with a cation exchange membrane, thereby causing the removal of at least some of the at least one type of ion to be removed from the particulate material. Also disclosed are devices for the electrodeionization and removal of at least some of at least one type of ion from an ion-containing particulate material.

  • Patent number: 6836123
Abstract: A sensing device is featured that electrochemically measures methanol concentration. The sensing device has a flexible composite of layered materials wrapped about a flexible tube having aperture contact with a methanol flow stream. The layered materials sequentially wrapped on the tube are: a polytetrafluoroethylene insulation sheet; an electrically conducting mesh representing the anode current collector; a carbon-based material representing an anode diffusion medium; a catalyst-coated membrane with both sides coated by catalysts such as Pt/Ru and Pt; a carbon-based material serving as the cathode diffusion medium; and an electrically conducting mesh representing the cathode current collector.

  • Publication number: 20040220052
Abstract: The present invention discovered a new type of water gas shift reaction catalysts. A catalyst of this type comprises a catalyst support and two catalytically active components. The catalyst support is a high surface area material, such as silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, or carbon power. The two catalytically active components are a metal oxide component and a metal component. The said metal oxide component is molybdenum oxide. The said metal component can be either a noble metal selected from Pt, Pd, Ru, Os, Ir and Au or a binary alloy that is formed from the noble metals just mentioned.

  • Patent number: 6045686
Abstract: A process for the delacquering and detinning of a metal substrate is presented comprising the fully electrochemical removal of both an outer polymeric coating and an inner tin coating from a metal substrate. The disclosed method provides a clean metal substrate, and results in wastes which are easily disposed of with minimal cost and minimal environmental impact. In one embodiment, the present invention comprises a one-stage process for removing an outer polymeric coating and an inner tin coating from a metal substrate in a single electrolyte bath through electrolytic removal of both the polymeric and tin layers from the metal substrate. An electrically conductive container having the electrolyte bath therein acts as an anode in the process, and the removed tin is plated out on the cathode. In another embodiment, the present invention comprises a two-stage process for removing an outer polymeric coating and an inner tin coating from a metal substrate.
