Abstract: Disclosed is a wireless rechargeable battery and hearing aid system. In some embodiments, a base can comprise a housing chamber and a power source. In some embodiments and a power source can be interchangeable and removably coupled to a housing chamber via a slidable coupling mechanism comprising a tongue-and-groove configuration, but in other embodiments can have a click-fit, friction-fit, or any other known and convenient device. In operation, a hearing aid can rest inside a housing chamber proximal to and in electrical communication with a power source, which can charge a battery in a hearing aid.
