The device includes an inner structural member comprised of hingedly coupled rigid plates movable from an open position to a closed position. A removable cover portion is placed around the inner structural member and allows a user access to an inner cavity for the storage of items. A clip portion is coupled to the device to allow for securing to the user's clothing against their body side. To offer additional support, the device may include a strap.
