  • Publication number: 20230158129
Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions that extend the effect and duration of a Clostridial toxin active ingredient are described. The compositions can be liquid or solid compositions, and comprise a non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid or salt thereof as described in the application, a surfactant and an antioxidant. In some embodiments, the compositions comprise a surfactant selected from a poloxamer and a polysorbate; an antioxidant selected from methionine. N-acetyl cysteine, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and combinations thereof, and, optionally, a tonicity agent and/or a lyoprotector selected from, for example, trehalose, sucrose.

  • Patent number: 9189756
Abstract: Described are a system and method for facilitating collaboration on a project by multiple team members. A plurality of projects and a plurality of documents are stored in persistent storage of a server system. A user launches an application program that displays an expandable and collapsible view showing each project of the plurality of projects for which the user is a team member and each document linked to each of the shown projects. Searchable metadata is associated with each project. The searchable metadata associated with each project is propagated to each document linked to that project. A given document is searched for using the metadata propagated from the project linked to that document.

  • Publication number: 20140274873
Abstract: As described herein, controlled and sustained administration of a therapeutic agent, such as a protein through the administration of one or more microparticles, may improve treatment of conditions, such as undesirable ocular conditions. The microspheres can be formulated to provide a sustained release of a protein, while reducing the number of protein aggregates, achieving desirable release profiles, and increasing stability of the protein within the microsphere formulations.

  • Publication number: 20080135540
Abstract: A cooking set includes a heating unit, and a container. The heating unit has a top platform and a heat source provided thereon for generating heat. The container includes a container body and a heat enhancement arrangement. The container body includes a bottom wall and a surrounding wall upwardly extended from the bottom wall to form a heating cavity within the bottom wall and the surrounding wall. The heat enhancement arrangement contains a heat distributing cavity indently formed on the bottom wall of the container body to align with the heat source of the heating unit when the container body is disposed on the top platform of the heating unit, such that when the heating unit is controllably operated to generate the heat via the heat source, the heat is evenly accumulated within the heat distributing cavity to evenly distribute from the bottom wall to the surrounding wall.

  • Publication number: 20050209152
Abstract: The present invention provides spreading agents based on sequence-specific oligomers comprising a peptoid, a peptide-peptoid chimera, a retropeptoid or a retro(peptoid-peptide) chimera, and methods for using the same, including for the treatment of respiratory distress of the lungs. The spreading agents are sequence-specific oligomers, including retrosequence-specific oligomers, based on a peptide backbone, that are designed as analogs of surfactant protein-B or surfactant protein-C.
