The polymer base has upper and lower faces and a generally uniform total thickness therebetween, and the net central portion is devoid of the polymer base. Hair strands extend from the net central portion. A ribbon has first and second ends and a middle portion, and the first and second ribbon ends are fused to the polymer base. First and second cuts respectively extend from the outer boundary through the polymer base and the net. The first and second cuts are positioned above the ribbon and define lateral ends of a flap.
