  • Patent number: 9446666
Abstract: A method of powering an electrical accessory of a motor vehicle including an electric battery to which the accessory is connected, the accessory and the battery also being connected electrically to an external electricity generator, wherein the following steps are performed in alternation: a) causing the accessory to be powered by the battery of the vehicle; and b) causing the accessory and the battery to be powered by the external electricity generator. A motor vehicle includes an electrical accessory connected to an electric battery of the vehicle, wherein powering of the accessory is controlled by the above method when the battery is charged and connected to an external generator.

  • Patent number: 9428074
Abstract: An automotive vehicle with electric or hybrid propulsion including a rechargeable electric accumulation battery and a braking system allowing recovery of energy, the battery being rechargeable during braking phases and during charging phases under control of a supply system including a mechanism determining a maximum allowable power for the battery. The mechanism determining the maximum allowable power for the battery includes a first mapping making it possible to read a first maximum power on the basis of a temperature and of a state of charge of the battery, and a second mapping making it possible to read a second maximum power based on the temperature and of the state of charge of the battery.

  • Patent number: 8919471
Abstract: A cooling device for a motor vehicle, including a cooling circuit configured to cool an engine assembly using a liquid coolant circulated by at least one variable-flowrate pump, the flowrate of each pump being controlled by a control system. The control system is configured to control the flowrate of each pump in a closed-loop regulating system as a function of the temperature of the liquid coolant and of a setpoint temperature.
