    Abstract: A method and apparatus for metering a liquid nutritional supplement is disclosed and provides a liquid dispenser having a body that contains a predetermined number of single dosages of the liquid nutritional supplement, a cap, such as a child resistant cap, coupled to a neck portion of the body, and a dosage cup coupled to the cap. The dosage cup has at least four axial shoulders on an inside surface thereof wherein each has an engaging surface adapted to engage axial ridges of the cap. The dosage cup is coupled to the cap such that a force that is greater, by a predetermined amount, than the weight of the dosage cup is required to remove the dosage cup from the cap. The dosage cup is provided with an indicator adapted to indicate one of the single dosages of the liquid nutritional supplement to be consumed by a user for a predetermined time period.

A document pocket is adapted to accept the arm such that the document pocket is suspended by the arm. The document pocket is sufficiently translucent to allow viewing of a document when positioned in the document pocket.

    Abstract: A surgical instruments handle, instrument head and forceps assembly for use in, preferably, endoscopic surgery through an endoscopic trocar are disclosed. The handle is contoured so as to provide a receptacle for a plurality of human fingers and a trigger-like extension for another finger as the thumb of the operator is snugly received within a ring of an instrument operator carried by the handle housing. The instrument handle extends to a tubular body of a forceps having first and second cutting members. The handle and forceps assembly may be introduced through an endoscopic locking trocar having a sleeve, having a diameter which is selectively expandable when the trocar is inserted through the abdominal wall into an abdominal cavity, during endoscopic surgery.

    Abstract: A liquid diverting device for a currency receiver having an entrance slot for receipt of currency includes structure for diverting liquid from the entrance slot of the currency receiver. The structure includes a top wall, a bottom wall, first and second side walls, and first and second end walls. The device is disposed adjacent to the entrance slot of the currency receiver. The first side wall includes an inlet slot for receipt of currency. The second side wall includes an outlet slot for passing currency to the entrance slot of the currency receiver. The outlet slot is aligned with the entrance slot of the currency receiver. The diverting structure includes a channel interconnecting the inlet slot and the outlet slot. The channel extends between the top and bottom walls and the side walls for providing a passageway for currency through the diverting structure. The bottom wall includes a plurality of apertures for the removal from the channel of liquid.
