  • Patent number: 6284068
Abstract: When an electrical potential is applied to a metal or a metallic solution or a metal that is close to the melting point or a metal that is molten the electric charges are either drawn off and the metal has a high positive potential or a surfeit of electric charges are added and the metal has a high negative potential. When the metal is heated and then cooled, under said potential, the internal structure of the metal is changed. The crystal structure can become nano crystaline and or amorphous dependent upon the alloying elements, the potential and the temperature. This process has applications in inductive electrical parts as well as metalic structual materials.

  • Patent number: 6181124
Abstract: Eddy currents are produced by a changing magnetic field acting upon free electric charges in the ferromagnetic core. When the free electric charges are removed from the core eddy currents will be reduced. When an excess of free electric charges are added to the core , the magnetic field energy is spread over many more electric charges. Then the magnitude of movement of each electric charge will be reduced and the eddy currents will be reduced. The reduction of eddy currents will reduce heat and the energy losses related there to. This has applications on all alternating current inductive devices.

  • Patent number: 5329268
Abstract: A transformer with a primary and a secondary core. The primary core is rectangular in shape with guide slots on the inside in the center of opposite legs and windings wound in opposition on the other two sides. The secondary core is rectangular in shape consisting of two V' shaped parts. A power end and a bypass end. The two legs of the secondary power core are shaped into a closed V' and the two legs of the secondary bypass core are shaped into an open V' to allow the legs of the bypass and power core halves to mesh. These two half cores are separated by a diamagnetic strip and bonded together with a low magnetic bonding agent. The power end of the secondary core contains the secondary windings. The complete secondary core is then inserted at a right angle through the guide slots in the primary core.

  • Patent number: 5272619
Abstract: This disclosure consists of two fluxgates, a signal generator and an invertor transformer. Signal current flowing from right to left through the signal coil of a first fluxgate allows power current flow from left to right through the power coil, adding energy to the signal current and hence on through a second fluxgate trigger coil. Simultaneously signal current, enhanced by the induced power current, is moving from left to right through the signal coil on the second fluxgate and prevents power current flow from left to right in the power coil of the second fluxgate. Power current flowing through the trigger coil on the second fluxgate reduces energy stored in the core, allowing the signal current to reverse cycle. Energy induced into the signal circuit by the power coil passes back into the power circuit through the trigger coil and the collapse of the magnetic field upon completion of the second quarter of the cycle.
