Abstract: Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to systems and methods for providing a collections engine. In an example, a method includes receiving, by a collections engine, a source document having a dataset and generating, by the collections engine, a response collection having records based on the dataset. The collections engine may assign a record owner for each of the records and determine one or more completion conditions for each of the records. The collections engine may also determine one or more escalation conditions for an incomplete record, the incomplete record being a record in which one or more of the completion conditions are not met. The collections engine may transmit a first record of the plurality of records to a respective record owner.

Abstract: An Environment Management System (EMS) provides on-demand instances of environments for testing hardware and/or software configurations. In various embodiments, the EMS includes a processing engine that handles parsing and execution of commands in a definition file that express the lifecycle of a testing environment. Accordingly, the EMS provides flexibility to end users in the way that environments are configured and deployed. An environment definition file is provided that may contain a standard set of scripts for implementing the lifecycle of the environment, along with any custom logic specific to a user or customer.
