    Abstract: A composite laminate material particularly adapted for outside conditions such as for environmental linings has an imperforate sheet and a perforate sheet adhesively secured together by a tie layer of molten thermoplastic. A reinforcing material can be encapsulated in the tie layer to form a reinforced composite film which allows trapped water vapor within the laminate to pass through the perforated sheet to prevent delamination.
