    Abstract: Method for preparing a cosmetic or dermatological composition, of a sufficient amount of peptides of sequence (AA)n-Leu-Asp-Ala-Pro-(AA)n, wherein AA is any particular amino acid or one of its derivatives, n ranges between 0 and 2, and the amino acids may be in the form L, D or DL; the peptides or the composition being designed to: promote adhesion between skin cells; to provide curative and/or preventive treatment of ageing skin symptoms (of physiological or solar origin) and enhance skin appearance. In one preferred embodiment, the peptide is of sequence Lys-Leu-Asp-Ala-Pro-Thr.
