  • Publication number: 20230220800
Abstract: Aircraft turbomachine including a centrifugal compressor, a combustion chamber, the combustion chamber being supplied by the compressor via a diffuser and via a straightener, and a heat exchanger, the exchanger including a first circuit, supplied with exhaust gas from the turbomachine, and a second circuit, which are connected by volutes on the one hand to an outlet of the diffuser and on the other hand to an inlet of the straightener, the volutes having reversed winding directions such that their connection ports to the exchanger are independent of one another and are substantially diametrically opposed, and such that the minimum cross section of each duct is situated at a larger cross section of the other duct.

  • Publication number: 20230220779
Abstract: An aircraft turbomachine having a centrifugal compressor, an annular combustion chamber, an annular casing extending around the chamber and delimiting an annular space (E) in which the chamber is situated, and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger can include a first circuit supplied with exhaust gas from the turbomachine, and a second circuit connected by first and second volutes respectively to an outlet of the compressor and to the annular space. The first and second volutes can be positioned at an axial distance from one another, and the second volute is can be connected to the annular space by a straightener which is situated at least in part outside the casing and which is integrated into an annular connecting pipe which connects the second volute to this casing.

  • Patent number: 4896071
Abstract: A method is disclosed for the setting of the static convergence and/or purity of a color television tube using permanent magnets. Magnetizable elements are fixed around the color television tube. These elements are evenly distributed around the axis of the tube. To correct the static convergence and/or purity errors, each element is magnetized by means of a corresponding coil, the position and dimensions of which are such that the element is subjected solely to the field within the turns of the coil.

  • Patent number: 4641062
Abstract: An apparatus for adjusting the static convergence and/or the purity of a color television tube particularly of the kind having a perforated mask. A magnetizable ring encircles the neck of the tube. Poles are formed in this ring by means of coils displaceable in such manner that these coils and/or their cores are applied against the periphery of the magnetizable ring. The application of the coils or of their cores against the ring renders constant the relationship between the current supplied to these coils and the intensity of magnetization obtained.

  • Patent number: 4638219
Abstract: An apparatus for adjusting the position of the deflector of a television tube, particularly a color tube, especially so that the tube deflector assembly may become autoconvergent. The apparatus comprises a platform movable in accordance with n degrees of freedom and n elements such as arms, each of which has its displacement controlled in accordance with only one degree of freedom, for example a simple translatory displacement in order to assure the mobility of the platform in accordance with the n degrees of freedom.

  • Patent number: 4636694
Abstract: Process for adjusting the static convergence and/or purity of a color television tube by using a magnetic ring surrounding the neck of the tube and coils creating in this ring induction poles of values selected to carry out the adjustment. To the terminals of each coil a current impulse is applied conferring on the remanent induction an important value higher than that necessary to carry out the correction; then a current impulse is applied in the opposite direction effecting a partial demagnetization in such a way that the remanent induction allows the desired adjustment.

  • Patent number: 4604071
Abstract: The present invention concerns a process and a device for aligning and centering an assembly of electron-guns on a color television tube during the manufacturing process. To do this, the image of the markings of the assembly of electron-guns is formed on analyzers, each comprising a charge-coupled photosensitive strip. The alignment is observed when the comparison signal is lower than a predetermined value. Instead of markings, the image of the sections of the assembly of guns can be used as the section comprising the grid G4 in the cup.

  • Patent number: 4364079
Abstract: A process of analysis of convergence along two orthogonal components of the three guns in a color television tube with ganged guns involves, for example, placing an analysis slit 20 in front of the screen of the cathode-ray tube in order to observe at least three luminophore columns 15 of different colors in full width, of causing a luminous line of a single color to pass by, turning on only the corresponding gun in front of said slit, and of measuring the current in the deviator of the cathode-ray tube for which the maximum light intensity is observed through the slit, and of beginning these operations again for each of the three colors, the measured values making it possible to deduce the convergence gaps of the beams at the placement of the slit. The invention allows automatic convergence correction of the cathode-ray tube.
