  • Patent number: 5107587
Abstract: A method for the construction and application of a plate interface for the electrical interconnection in control and monitoring devices with terminal outlets of the plate type, using the steps of:making a rigid printed circuit having apertures disposed according to the layout of the output terminals of the control device;applying by screen-printing a soldering paste onto the locations of the printed circuit corresponding to the terminals to be brought into electrical contact;preheating only the terminals of the control device;assembling the electrical interconnection plate on the control device with the interposition of a further plate for the thermal protection of the control device itself; andmelting of the soldering paste according to a thermal cycle comprising an associated programming and monitoring device having output terminals for connectors of the plate-type, electrically interconnected and functionally arranged by means of an interface having a rigid plate electrically connected to the terminals by

  • Patent number: 4895524
Abstract: An electrical interface device for washing and drying machines and the like, has at least one rigid planar element, to which there are firmly applied one or more flexible printed circuits, electrically connected to one another and to the electromechanical and/or electronic programming component of the machine. The edges of the rigid planar element and of the flexible printed circuits are provided with alternating slots and teeth. To the teeth there are applied the terminals of the electrical paths of the circuits, forming in this manner zones adapted for the insertion of electrical connectors of low and high power.

  • Patent number: 4639059
Abstract: The device incorporates two pre-formed bodies made of insulating material that contain a member of electrical connectors and related electrical contact points, mounted coplanar with the electrical contact points of an electromechanical component, the said contact points being connected to one another via one or more flexible printed circuits in such a way that after soldering they finish up connected to each other and rigidly attached to the said component to form a contactor that has the required connections layout.
