  • Patent number: 5901938
Abstract: A structure of support of a focusing head of a laser beam for a machine for working parts provided with a carriage capable of supporting the focusing head sliding in a vertical direction comprises a first girder capable of supporting the carriage sliding in the direction of a transversal axis and a second load bearing bridge-type girder, integral with two portals arranged along the short sides of a working plane. The first girder is supported by the second load bearing girder, sliding in the direction of a longitudinal axis like a yoke, by means of a sleeve formed in the first girder and slipped over the second load bearing girder.

  • Patent number: 5837965
Abstract: A focusing head of a laser beam provided with a focusing lens for a machine for working parts comprises an extractable lens-holding frame that supports the focusing lens, a supporting and centering bracket wherein the lens-holding frame is mounted in a disengageable manner, a spring in engagement with the supporting and centering bracket to urge the lens-holding frame in abutment against a stop socket. In that way the lens-holding frame is disengageable from the supporting and centering bracket by an action of compression of the spring and it can be extracted and reassembled in the focusing head without modifying centering and positioning of the focal spot of the lens.

  • Patent number: 5791864
Abstract: A table-changing device for a machine for working parts comprises at least two working tables of which a first table is slidably supported by substantially rectilinear first rails so as to move from a first position of working to a second position of loading and unloading and vice versa translating horizontally, while a second table is slidably supported by second and third shaped rails provided with inclined portions, fixed with respect to the first rails. In this way the second table moves from the second position of loading and unloading to the first position of working and vice versa sliding on the second and third shaped rails, first lowering itself below the first table and then raising itself to the height of the first table, remaining horizontal.
