Abstract: A loudspeaker having a frame, a diaphragm, a support element for the diaphragm, and a magnetic circuit that includes a yoke, a core and a magnet. The yoke and the core form an air gap. An upper portion of a coil is connected to the diaphragm and a lower portion of the coil is in the air gap. The diaphragm includes inner, outer and intermediate annular portions. The inner annular portion includes an arch-shaped first central section and a first inner edge connected to the support element and a first outer edge. The outer annular portion includes an arch-shaped second central section, a second inner edge and a second outer edge connected to the frame. The intermediate annular portion includes a dome-shaped section with downwardly-facing concavity and from which a funnel-shaped section extends. The funnel-shaped section converges towards the support element and is connected to the first outer edge.

Abstract: An assembly method of a loudspeaker with closed membrane provides for preassembling a mobile unit having two centering devices fixed to a voice coil; pre-assembling a fixed unit that has a basket fixed to a magnetic unit, assembling the mobile unit in the fixed unit, by a centering device; extracting the centering device and fixing a closed membrane to the voice coil and to the basket.

Abstract: A loudspeaker system for vehicle has a wall of a frame of a vehicle that separates an exterior from an interior and has a through hole, a box mounted in the wall in correspondence of the through hole, a loudspeaker mounted in the box, a back resonance chamber formed between the membrane of the loudspeaker and the walls of the box, a through hole obtained in a wall of the box and disposed in register with the hole of the wall of the frame of the vehicle and a partition of sound-absorbing material that closes the through hole of the wall of the box.
