Instead of triggering a re-establishment procedure once continuous LBT failures are detected, switching to another BWP on different LBT sub-channels can be much more efficient than going through the whole re-establishment and reconfiguration procedures.

More specifically, a network node generates a first timing configuration for the wireless communication channel and sends it to a UE.
