  • Patent number: 11116278
Abstract: A ski boot composed of a lower part or foot portion and an upper part or leg portion, suitable to enclose the lower part of the skier's leg, wherein the leg portion is hinged to the foot portion so as to rotate with respect to the foot portion around hinges defining a rotation axis. The leg portion comprises a closing lever suitable to block and/or unblock selectively the rotation of the leg portion with respect to the foot portion, and operatively connected to a base and an arm engageable in abutment against a pin fixed to the foot portion. The closing lever in the open configuration mutually moves the base and the arm away from each other forcing the latter against the pin to prevent a rotation of the leg portion backwards. The boot comprises traction means which operatively connect the base, the arm, and a fastening on the foot portion, the arm being placed between the base and the fastening. Said traction means comprise a cable at least partially extensible.

  • Patent number: 9441410
Abstract: An opening system for a building wall includes a peripheral frame, a mullion, a pair of frameworks disposed in an empty space of the peripheral frame, a plurality of hinges swingable mounting the frameworks to the peripheral frame within the empty space, and a pair of latching assemblies. The latching assemblies having transversely-extending latch mechanisms that are disposed in respective ones of the frameworks and axially offset from one another so that one of latch mechanisms of one of the frameworks is latchably engageable with a portion of an adjacent one of the lateral sides of the mullion and the other one of the latch mechanisms of the other of the frameworks is latchably engageable with an adjacent portion of the one of the frameworks being located past the rear side of the mullion.

  • Patent number: 5887682
Abstract: Braking device, particularly for skates including a shoe composed of a quarter articulated to a shell which is in turn associated with a frame, wheels being pivoted thereto. The device is constituted by an elastic support having two essentially L-shaped arms that can be pivoted to the shell or to the frame. The elastic support is slidingly associated with the quarter at one end and a brake is associated with the arms.

  • Patent number: 5735537
Abstract: A braking device, particularly for skates, including a shoe composed of a quarter that is articulated to a shell which is in turn associated with a frame to which two or more wheels are pivoted. The braking device is constituted by a substantially U-shaped elastic support that has V-shaped lateral wings; a brake pad is associated with the ends of the wings. The support also has a base that is pivoted transversely to the quarter.

  • Patent number: 5715582
Abstract: A fastening device for sports shoes, provided with at least two flaps to be joined, including: a lever arm; a traction element that is articulated, at one end, to the lever arm at a first axis; a base that is associated with one of the flaps and from which vertical walls protrudes for rotatably supporting the lever arm at a second axis; a rack associated with the other one of the flaps and can be detachably engaged by the other end of the traction element. The lever arm is constituted by a first element, which is articulated at one end to the vertical wall that protrudes from the base, and a second element, which is articulated to the opposite end of the first element at a third axis; the second element has a tab that protrudes beyond the third axis toward the vertical wall that protrudes from the base and interacts with the upper surface of the base during the rotation of the second element to open the lever arm.

  • Patent number: 5709396
Abstract: Roller skate with improved comfort including dampers for damping only the forces that are applied to the wheels along axes that are not at right angles to the frame. It is thus possible to improve foot comfort while maintaining optimum transmission of the efforts of the foot to the wheels.

  • Patent number: 5649375
Abstract: Sealing device, particularly usable for ski boots including a shell provided with a first inner flap and with a second outer flap which can mutually overlap. The sealing device is constituted by a single body including a band which can be arranged below the second flap and from which a wing protrudes upward. The wing is arranged adjacent to the lower surface of the second flap and interacts with the upper surface of the first flap. Since the band and the wing are both resilient, perfect tightness to infiltrations between the flaps is achieved when the first and second flaps are made to overlap.
