  • Publication number: 20250160505
Abstract: An adjustable support stake for securing and supporting items above the ground including a substantially tapered stake at a first end and a housing formed around a rotatable member that can be rotated about a longitudinal axis from an access point on the housing at a second end. The rotatable member being capable of attaching to a cable that is also attached to the item to be secured or supported so that when the rotatable member is rotated the tension in the cable is increased. A tension release member further allows for adjustability by reducing cable tension when decoupled from the rotational member. The adjustable support stake can be used by inserting the stake into the ground, attaching a cable to both the rotatable member and the item to be supported, and rotating the rotatable member to create tension in the cable.

  • Patent number: 11836676
Abstract: Systems and methods presented herein provide a server that receives a drawing. The server matches assembly types to elements in the drawing and inserts a symbol overlay into the drawing. The symbol overlay includes metadata identifying the assembly types in the drawing. The assembly types are matched to assemblies, including kits, based on user-identified criteria, such as vendor and building codes. The system can then determine logistics for delivering the kits, automatically staggering shipment where dictated by build order of the kits.

  • Patent number: 11403142
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a system, and a computer program product include program code that obtains, from a controller, temporal objectives and configuration specifications. The program code adjusts weighting for multiple concurrent modes. The program code optimizes each mode of the multiple concurrent modes. The program code discovers conflicts exist between the optimized multiple concurrent modes and resolves the conflicts. The program code allocates resources to the optimized multiple concurrent modes.

  • Patent number: 10331004
Abstract: A graphic display apparatus including a substrate including a first major surface and a second major surface, the substrate configured to transmit light when the graphic display apparatus is in a transmissive mode and reflect light when the graphic display apparatus is in a reflective mode; a reflective layer positioned on the first major surface of the substrate; a tint layer positioned on the second major surface; a diffuser layer including an image that is positioned on the tint layer such that the diffuser layer and the substrate sandwich the tint layer; and a light source located proximate the diffuser layer such that the light source and the diffuser layer sandwich the image, wherein, when the graphic display apparatus is in the transmissive mode, the light source illuminates the image such that the image is viewable from the first major surface of the substrate, and when the graphic display apparatus is in the reflective mode, the image is not illuminated by the light source and is not viewable from th

  • Publication number: 20070000100
Abstract: A clamp device 100 for clamping items such as sheets 102 to the frame 104 of a stretcher 106. The clamp device 100 is made up of a generally elongated body portion 110, which includes: first 140 and second 160 opposite open ends, a hollow interior 180 disposed between the opposite ends 140 and 160, and an elongated gap 200 that extends between the first 140 and second 160 opposite open ends, and a first raised portion 120a and/or a second raised portion 120b. At least one raised portion 120a or 120b is located at opposite ends 140 and 160, respectively. The clamp device 100 is removable from the stretcher frame 104 by pulling on the first 120a or second 120b raised portions. A pivot member such as pivot pin 220 can be attached to one opposite end of the body portion 110.
