Abstract: A push-up device and method of use has been disclosed that employs the use of a spherical member that makes contact with the ground surface and supports the weight of a user when the user grasps the handle members of the push-up device and/or rests thereon. The user may balance his or her body on the push-up device while exercising. The push-up device is operable to permit the push-up device to move or translate in various directions or angles when the user is resting thereon by rotating the spherical member omni-directionally. As such, not only may a user stimulate chest and/or other upper-body muscles, but the user may also stimulate abdominals or other lower-body muscles, permitting the user to stimulate a more variety of his or her muscles through balancing himself or herself on the push-up device through the curved surface of the spherical member.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for electronic form filling that enables users to enter data into one source form and have that data transferred into any number of electronic target forms. As the fields are linked through the invention, complete accuracy is provided for any single-entry multiple-target form interactions. The invention works regardless of data standards adoption; does not require target forms to ‘opt-in’; does not store any sensitive, private user information; and is not limited by the state-of-the-art in artificial-intelligence research.

Abstract: An activity dispenser provides activity descriptors drawn from randomly selected activity categories interspersed with activity descriptors drawn from participant selected activity categories. Each activity descriptor includes an activity description and an activity consequence. Certain activity descriptions may specify a task which the participant is required to perform a task in order to receive the activity consequence. The activity descriptors enable a participant to visualize and/or perform the described activity and vicariously experience the consequence of the behavior or activity resulting in entertaining yet effective training for participating in an actual enterprise.

Abstract: An apparatus and method are disclosed for developing a game from selectable content. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a framework with a socket for receiving various content modules, an import module for importing content modules, a selection module for selecting a content module for association with the socket, and an association module for associating a content module with the socket. The content modules may selectably alter a game after the initial installation of the game. In addition, a reward module may reward a voucher to a user for achievement.
