  • Patent number: 8859925
Abstract: An electric switchgear includes an interrupter unit having a first connecting line and a second connecting line. The interrupter unit is disposed inside a fluid-tight encapsulating housing that is filled with an electrically insulating fluid. The interrupter unit is further surrounded by a shielding housing in at least some sections. The first connecting line has a flow channel for the fluid. A first outlet opening of the flow channel leads to the shielding housing and a second outlet opening leads to the exterior of the shielding housing.

  • Publication number: 20100059479
Abstract: A power switch, especially a high-current switch, has at least one pole unit with a pole head and a pole base and a vacuum switching tube interposed therebetween. The vacuum switching tube has a stationary contact and a movable contact. The stationary contact is connected to a first conductor rail of the pole unit via a first connecting element. The moving contact is connected to a second conductor rail of the pole unit via a second connecting element. The power switch has a higher current carrying capacity because the first connecting element is welded to the first conductor rail and the stationary contact and the second connecting element is welded to the second conductor rail and the moving contact.

  • Publication number: 20090255794
Abstract: A device for interrupting an electrical alternating current, which is driven by a high voltage, includes contact pieces that are connected to conductors and placed inside a contact housing. The conductors are guided in an at least partially displaceable manner, and the contact pieces can be transferred from a contact position into a non-contact position by means of a drive and of drive kinematics. The aim of the invention is to provide a switching device of the aforementioned type with which even higher currents can also be controlled. To this end, a heat tube with a fluid-tight heat tube housing is provided, which has an evaporation area, a condensation area, and a capillary structure extending between the evaporation area and the condensation area and being thermally coupled to both of them. The heat tube has a heat transfer means, and the evaporation area is connected in a heat-conducting manner to one of the conductors or to one of the contact pieces.

  • Patent number: 6059176
Abstract: A method for applying a plurality of solder globules to a substrate has a solder-globule fixing method, a plurality of glass fibers and a fibre holder. The solder-globule fixing method has provided therein a plurality of passages whose cross-sectional areas are smaller than the cross-sectional areas ofthe solder globules to be applied. The fibre holder is arranged relative to the solder-globule fixing device in such a way that between the fibre holder and the solder-globule fixing device a cavity is formed, which is adapted to be acted upon when submitted to pressure via a pressure-transmitting conduit. The fibre holder holds the glass fibres in alignment with the passages.
