  • Publication number: 20210016508
Abstract: A removal method for an object of manufacture after a powder-based additive manufacturing process. The object is made in a build box, in which powder is fused using a powder-based additive manufacturing process. A fluid is delivered into the build box, the fluid having a pressure and composition suitable for fluidizing powder not used for manufacture of the object. This results in fluidization of the powder in the build box, from which the object may easily be extracted.

  • Patent number: 10369742
Abstract: Reinforcement systems for additive manufacturing are disclosed. In some embodiments, the reinforcement systems include a print head assembly including a print head that is configured to form a plurality of layers of an additively manufactured article, and a reinforcement head. The reinforcement head may be configured to form at least one reinforcement element on or within a working layer of the plurality of layers formed by the print head. Additive manufacturing systems including such reinforcement systems and methods of additive manufacturing using those reinforcement systems are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20050192839
Abstract: This invention pertains to a method for managing medical insurance claim's processing and bill payments whereby information related to a medical bill file having medical data, payment data and administrative data incorporated into a bill and associated attachment forms a logical association. Thereafter, each association is controllable such that access to specific information is restricted. The invention also pertains to a computer system comprising: input means operable to read at least one file containing one or more medical bill records and associated attachments associated with one of a plurality of medical providers; a memory in communication with said input means to store said at least one file; and a processor in communication with said memory to identify which medical records relate to same ones of a medical provider; a means to select one of said files in accordance with a control and restrict access to said selected records.

  • Patent number: 4093214
Abstract: A dual function exercise machine, enabling unilateral and bilateral exercise of a limb, includes a pair of lever arms pivotally mounted adjacent to each other on a frame. Each lever arm is slidably mounted through a separate linear bearing sleeve at a point remote from the pivot point and is associated with a separate and independent stack of weights. Each weight stack is slidably mounted on guide bars of the frame. Each sleeve is pivotally connected to a selector bar which is adapted to connect a number of weights to the sleeve to provide resistance during either unilateral or bilateral exercise of a limb. In this manner, one or both corresponding limbs may be exercised with the same or different number of weights connected to each lever arm.
