  • Publication number: 20140056739
Abstract: A ceiling fan includes an outer rotor motor having a rotor connected to a rotating disc and a stator connected with an inner tube. An outer tube is fitted around the inner tube, having one end connected with the rotating disc, and a plurality of elastic buffer pieces are positioned between the outer tube and the rotating disc. By so designing, when the rotor is rotated to actuate the rotating disc together with the outer tube to rotate, the elastic buffer pieces can absorb the vibration produced by operation of the outer rotor motor and also correct bias swinging of the outer tube through their elastic deformation to enable the outer tube to be rotated stably.

  • Publication number: 20140044548
Abstract: A ceiling fan blade includes a blade having at least one locking plate embedded in the interior. The locking plate is provided thereon with at least one locking base protruding out of the reverse side of the blade. A blade holder to be locked with the blade is bored with a locking hole at a location corresponding with the locking base for the locking base to be inserted therein. The blade is firmly locked on the blade holder via at least one locking member. By so designing, there is not any locking member on the downward obverse side of a ceiling fan blade, able to maintain a smooth and pretty external appearance of the ceiling fan blade.

  • Publication number: 20130156582
Abstract: A rotation control device of a multi-rotor ceiling fan includes a fixed unit. The fixed unit is provided with a fixed gear. The fixed unit is pivotally connected with a movable unit. A driving member is fixed to the movable unit. The driving member has a driving gear. The driving gear meshes with the fixed gear. The driving member is provided with at least one pair of support rods. The distal ends of the support rods are respectively connected with a fan. The driving member brings the movable unit to turn at a constant speed relative to the fixed unit for the fans to revolve round the fixed unit, producing stable airflow to the surrounding by 360-degree rotation.

  • Patent number: 8197216
Abstract: Quick assembly blades for a ceiling fan at least include a blade bracket, a blade and a clamping member. The clamping member is composed of a base plate and a top plate. A rear portion of the base plate has an elastic supporting plate corresponding to a locking plate provided in a rear portion of the top plate, so that the base plate and the top plate can axially move closer to each other to keep a leaning portion of the supporting plate blocked by a locking portion formed inside the locking plate, thus enabling the blade quickly assembled and firmly clamped on the blade bracket by the clamping member.

  • Patent number: 8092184
Abstract: A locking plate fast fastening ceiling fan blades includes a clamp plate. A first chute is on the clamp plate, where a pushing board is contained. A thru hole and a position limiting unit are provided in the first chute of clamp plate. A wedge unit is provided on the pushing board. When a set of blades is installed on a blade rack of a ceiling fan, only the blade is set around several pillars on the blade rack, the clamp plate of locking plate is set to locate on the pillar, and a pillar passes through the thru hole. The pushing board of locking plate is shifted toward the pillar to make the front end of pushing board stay close to the side of pillar and make the wedge unit wedge to the position limiting of clap plate for fast and exactly fixing the blade onto the blade rack.

  • Patent number: 8047794
Abstract: The invention relates to a fast-positioning device for assembling blade brackets to a motor housing of a ceiling fan. The motor housing has its bottom provided with plural locations located around its circumference, which are respectively extended downward with at least two restricting plates having a long side aligned as a beam radiated from the center of the motor housing. Each location of the restricting plates is to be connected with a blade bracket, which has a connecting portion extended with at least one positioning projection for being moved horizontally to engage with the restricting plates. As good vision is kept during installation, the blade brackets can be easily assembled on the motor housing and the relative locations to be positioned are in a line.

  • Patent number: 8029243
Abstract: A locking plate fast fastening ceiling fan blades is provided where several nicks are formed, and a thru hole is formed communicating with the open side of one of the nicks. A wedge unit is provided in the thru hole of the locking plate. Thus, when a blade is installed on the blade rack, only the blade is set around the pillars of the blade rack, then the locking plate is made to wedge to the pillar of blade rack, and the wedge unit is made to stay close to and pass through the pillar in the nick communicating with the thru hole for fast and exact completion of fixing of the blade onto the blade rack.
