  • Publication number: 20250053790
Abstract: Example solutions for real-world evidence generation using artificial intelligence models and performing trial simulations include: training a large language model (LLM) to receive medical documents that include medical text associated with a patient output predicted values for medical attributes of the patient based on the medical text; performing attribute extraction from structured medical documents, including extracting values for a first plurality of attributes associated with the plurality of patients; performing attribute extraction from a plurality of unstructured medical documents of the plurality of patients using the LLM, including extracting predicted values for a second plurality of attributes associated with the plurality of patients; and performing a survival model simulation that computes estimations of hazard ratio (HR) between cases and controls using real-world data of the plurality of patients extracted in the first attribute extraction and second attribute extraction.

  • Patent number: 10943068
Abstract: A computing system is provided. The computing system includes a processor configured to execute one or more programs and associated memory. The processor is configured to execute neural network system that includes a first neural network and a second neural network. The processor is configured to receive input text, and for each of a plurality of text spans within the input text: identify a vector of semantic entities and a vector of entity mentions; define an n-ary relation between entity mentions including subrelations; and determine mention-level representation vectors in the text spans that satisfy the n-ary relation or subrelations. The processor is configured to: aggregate the mention-level representation vectors over all of the text spans to produce entity-level representation vectors; input to the second neural network the entity-level representation vectors; and output a prediction of a presence of the n-ary relation for the semantic entities in the input text.

  • Patent number: 9807350
Abstract: Systems and associated methods for capturing media content for a plurality of guests and intelligently parsing the media content to produce a customized/personalized media product for a particular guest or group of guests are described. A system is configured for combining video data and position tracking data to record a group guest experience or show and automatically provide custom media products. Embodiments record a plurality of guests throughout an experience or show, and simultaneously position track each guest individually. Embodiments utilize the tracking data to extract a sub-sampled video of each guest. This sub-sampled video is combined with additional media automatically according to a script. The result is a personalized video take-away for each guest, which can be created entirely without human intervention.
