    Abstract: This economical construction process utilizes preconstructed and modular techniques to erect single and multiple commercial, industrial and residential units what may be required to be built in urban or remote areas with a minimum of erection labor. The resulting product includes a pyramid-like section suspended from a centrally located chimney that also serves as a structural element both during construction and thereafter. Another embodiment uses a structural truss in lieu of the chimney for final support purposes.
