Abstract: A building system comprising a plurality of substantially rigid connectors adapted to form a substantially rigid self-supporting structural skeleton: each said connector having interconnection means and panel securing means; each said connector having an inner and an outer load supporting member and a thermal insulator separating and secured to both said inner and outer load supporting members; and said connectors being adapted to interconnect such that when in position, said thermal insulator provides a substantially complete block against thermal transfer between said inner supporting member and said outer supporting member and said connectors form the substantially rigid self-supporting structural skeleton to which panels can be secured.
