  • Publication number: 20090053374
Abstract: A beverage container including a base defining a primary volume for holding the beverage. A neck having an open top extends from the base and defines a passageway in fluid communication with the primary volume and the open top. A secondary volume defined by the neck intersects the passageway for holding a beverage flavoring disposed in the passageway for flavoring the beverage flowing from the primary volume through the passageway.

  • Publication number: 20080179554
Abstract: A valve member for use in a dispensing gun and a dispensing gun. The valve member has a valve body, a metering portion located downstream of the valve body, and a seal located downstream of the valve body. The dispensing gun includes a body, a passageway formed in the body, an inlet at an upstream end of the passageway, a valve seat at a downstream end of the passageway, a valve member that engages the valve seat at a metering interface, and a seal that blocks the passageway downstream of the metering interface when the valve member is in the closed position.

  • Patent number: 7044402
Abstract: A multi-component fluid mix ratio check nozzle includes a base engageable with a multi-component fluid dispensing gun for receiving fluid components dispensed from the gun. At least two hollow extensions extend from the base, wherein each of the extensions provides a passageway for at least one of the components of the multi-component fluid without mixing with the other fluid components of the multi-component fluid. In one embodiment, the mix ratio check nozzle forms part of a kit including a fluid flow adjusting means for adjusting the mix ratio of the fluid components.

  • Patent number: 7021500
Abstract: A transportable two-component fluid dispensing kit. The kit includes a container having a front panel and rear panel joined by side panels to form a chamber. Each of the panels have a top edge and a bottom edge joined by side edges, each of the side edges are connected to an adjacent side edge to form the chamber. At least one bottom panel having an edge joined to one of the bottom edges closes over the bottom of the chamber. In one embodiment, the front panel top edge includes a cut out to form an access opening. A top panel having a rearward edge joined to the top edge of the rearward panel closes over the top of the chamber, and top side panels extending downwardly from a forward edge and side edges of the top panel overlaps the front panel cut out and the side panels of said chamber. In another embodiment, a handle for maintaining a space between valves fixed to pressure vessels received in the carton.

  • Publication number: 20040099695
Abstract: A chargeable portable fluid dispensing kit is not subject to all hazardous material regulations, and can dispense fluid in any orientation. In one embodiment, the kit includes a cylinder defining a total volume, and having a flexible diaphragm dividing the total volume into a dispensing fluid containing volume and a pressure volume. The cylinder has a first valve outside of the cylinder and in fluid communication with the dispensing fluid containing volume, and the cylinder has a second valve outside of the cylinder and in fluid communication with the pressure volume. Advantageously, a fluid can be introduced into the pressure volume through the second valve to increase the pressure in the total volume for dispensing a dispensing fluid disposed in the fluid dispensing volume through the first valve.

  • Patent number: 5462204
Abstract: A foam dispensing gun has a body with a depending handle. The body has two passageways divided into forward and rearward portions by an intermediate chamber. A hose connector and duck-bill one-way valve are mounted in the rearward portion of each passageway, and a valve member extends through both the forward and rearward portions of each passageway. The valve member has a conical needle valve mating with a conical valve seat that opens directly to the nose of the body. A trigger lever is pivotally mounted in the chamber and engages the valve members to open and close the valves. A disposable nozzle with a mixing chamber and outlet is attached about the nose of the body by resilient arms engaging with ears extending from the body.

  • Patent number: 4516694
Abstract: A flushing arrangement for a foam dispensing gun operation to dispense at least one resin component which solidifies on exposure to air and including a gun body with an internal passageway adapted to be closed by a valve to establish a passageway portion located downstream from the valve in the context of resin flow past the valve when opened. The flushing arrangement includes a port extending from the exterior of the gun body to the passageway portion immediately downstream from the closed valve so as to enable the circulation of solvent from a pressurized source, such as a squeeze bottle, throughout all surfaces with which the resin comes in contact in the passageway portion.
