The side arms have hinges for folding the arms relative to a support member. A foldable tray interconnects the legs of the frame for forming a platform adjacent the bottom of the cart. Upon folding of the cart, the tray folds and the cart collapses into the closed position with the support members drawn together into close proximity to each other.
