  • Patent number: 11177613
Abstract: Electrical plug latching systems and related methods are disclosed. According to an aspect, an electrical plug latching system includes a base having an interface for attachment to an electrical plug receptacle. The base defines an opening for receipt of an electrical plug for electrical connection to the electrical plug receptacle. The electrical plug defines a protrusion. Further, the system includes a latch that is attached to the base and that includes a gripper portion. The gripper portion is moveable between a first position and a second position with respect to the base. In the first position, the gripper portion is positioned to interface with the protrusion of the electrical plug to hold the electrical plug in place when electrically connected to the electrical plug receptacle. In the second position. the gripper portion is positioned apart from the protrusion of the electrical plug.

  • Patent number: 10375852
Abstract: An airflow baffle system has an airflow baffle with a base and an airflow diverter panel. A mounting arm is connected to the base. A magnet connected to the mounting arm is operable to magnetically connect to the top of the equipment cabinet. The mounting arm is selectively pivotal in a horizontal plane relative to the base and fixable in a plurality of angular orientations. A position of the magnet is adjustable along a length of the mounting arm and the magnet is connected to the mounting arm by a flexible connection permitting the magnet to pivot about horizontal axes relative to the mounting arm. The airflow diverter panel is mountable on the base in an angled orientation and a vertical orientation. A unitary or separable riser allows adjustment of a vertical position of the airflow diverter panel with respect to the top of the equipment cabinet.

  • Patent number: 9605459
Abstract: A door system suitable for installation in data centers to limit airflow to and from aisles between rows of equipment cabinets has a door assembly with a door panel and a plurality of vertically spaced hinge assemblies having powerful permanent magnets manually movable between connected and disconnected positions, enabling the door assembly to be aligned and positioned on the side wall panel of an equipment cabinet and then removably mounted in place by engagement of the magnets. Each magnet can be mounted in a rotatable threaded magnet carriers received in a threaded recesses in the hinge assembly and rotation of the magnet carrier is operable to move the magnet into the connected and disconnected positions. The hinge assemblies also include registration tabs that engage slots in the cabinet for proper alignment and orientation of the door system.

  • Publication number: 20150305202
Abstract: An adjustable airflow barrier system has a roll of flexible sheet air barrier contained in a housing. The air barrier is biased in retracted position and has a range of extended positions. A pull bar is attached to a free edge of the air barrier. A first magnetic mount is coupled to the housing to removably mount the housing to a first support surface, such as a cabinet in a data center. A second magnetic mount is coupled to the pull bar to removably mount the pull bar to a second support surface spaced from the first support surface. The housing is operable to form a substantial air seal with the first support surface, and the pull bar is operable to form a substantial air seal with the second support surface.
