Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, capturing digital data of a mobility network site, forming as-built conditions for the mobility network site, wherein the digital data includes imagery and measurements of the site, generating a three-dimensional (3D) building information modeling (BIM) model of the mobility network site based on the as-built conditions for the mobility network site, comparing the 3D BIM model with design specifications to identify discrepancies between the as-built conditions and the design specifications, updating a database with the 3D BIM model and identified discrepancies to create a digital record of the as-built conditions of the mobility network site, and providing access to the digital record to authorized personnel for use in scoping, design, and quality assurance processes for mobility network site installations and equipment.
